Boom!

Boom is a Global Wine Consultants project to develop interesting and high quality wines. Not content with just planting different grape varieties to give variation, we are approaching the wine making process from a fresh perspective of what can we do to make interesting and enjoyable wines without confining our selves to traditional styles of production.

To date, we have released a single wine on a limited basis through a number of fine wine retailers and restaurants. That first wine is the the Boom 2008 Sparkling Marlborugh Pinot Gris. Currently two further wines are under development. You can find notes and information on these wines on the releases page.
