Boom Sparkling Pinot Gris is an exciting fresh style of wine that is a fusion of super premium varietal wine and sparkling wine. It’s not just a novelty it’s also a fantastic expression of Pinot Gris. The bubbles enhance the the textural experience whilst lifting bouquet so that those faint and delicate Pinot Gris aromas become more vivid.
